Professional restoration should come with professional accountability. We stand behind qualifying restorations for three years from the original service date.
If a qualifying restored headlight develops premature yellowing, exterior oxidation, peeling or ceramic UV coating failure under normal environmental exposure within three years of the service date, contact us. We will inspect the lens and, when the condition is covered, re-restore the affected headlight at no charge for labor or restoration materials.
This warranty applies to the quality and durability of the exterior restoration performed by 5-Alarm Headlight Restoration. It is not a warranty on the headlight assembly, bulb, wiring or vehicle.
What is covered
Premature exterior yellowing caused by normal UV exposure
Return of exterior surface oxidation
Peeling, flaking or failure of the applied protective coating
Significant loss of clarity caused by failure of our restoration process
Labor and restoration materials for an approved warranty correction
What is not covered
Cracks, broken lenses, rock chips, impacts or collision damage
Internal haze, condensation, water intrusion or failed seals
Damage from fire, vandalism, pressure washing, abrasive cleaners or chemicals
Normal scratches, road wear or damage unrelated to coating failure
Bulbs, wiring, housings, seals, electronics or mechanical components
Work altered, polished, coated or repaired by another person or company
Warranty requirements
Proof of service: Keep the original invoice or receipt showing the service date and vehicle.
Original vehicle: Coverage stays with the serviced vehicle and is available to the original purchasing customer unless otherwise stated in writing.
Prompt notice: Contact us when you first notice a possible covered condition and provide clear photos.
Inspection: We must be allowed to inspect the headlight before warranty work is approved.
Service area: Mobile warranty service is subject to our current North Texas service area. A mutually agreed location may be required.
This written guarantee describes the voluntary service remedy offered by 5-Alarm Headlight Restoration. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
